Training

Our group training helps you learn and practice the mindsets, skills, and behaviors you need to lead with equity. Small groups and high interactivity ensure you get the opportunity to practice skills and get feedback on your progress during the training. Workshops can be tailored to meet your specific industry and organizational challenges. Topics include:

  • Intro to Leading with Equity: how to effectively lead & retain a diverse team
  • How to lead inclusive meetings
  • Understanding bias & privilege: we’ve all got it, what do we do with it?
  • How to view your leadership through an equity lens

Coaching

Our leadership coaches work with you in a confidential one-on-one setting to help you become a more effective, inclusive, and equitable leader. Together we set goals, explore mindsets and behaviors, and help you commit to specific action items. We recommend a minimum of 5 sessions per leader to get the most out of coaching. Coaching is also a great way to provide additional support to your leadership team in tandem with our group training programs.

Consulting

Individual leaders are only part of the solution. In order to achieve a truly equitable organization, you need to have systems in place to promote the Lead with Equity mindsets, skills, and behaviors. We can help you to establish those systems as well as assess individual and organizational progress on your inclusive leadership goals.

Our team has experience establishing inclusive and equitable systems in the areas of performance management, compensation & incentives, hiring & promotions, and decision making. We know that change is hard, and so we’ll be there with you through every step from goal setting to implementation.
